PRESERVED FILMS

Bayshore Round-Up (1920)

Film showing the Bayshore Amusement Park in its heyday, preserved by the Maryland Historical Society with NFPF support.

EYE Project

Through a multi-year collaboration involving the EYE Filmmuseum, NFPF, Library of Congress, Academy Film Archive, Oregon Historical Society, and National Museum of American History, scores of “lost” American silent-era films are being returned to the big screen and shared with new audiences. Thanks to support from the National Endowment for Humanities we are able to premiere nonfiction films from the project on our website with program notes and new musical accompaniment. Support for the presentation of fiction films is provided by a generous grant from the National Film Preservation Board.
